I made this album on and off throughout 2016, always in the early hours of the morning - partly because that's when I had the time but mainly because that's the only time I'd get ideas.

The music that I imagine in my head and attempt to translate into reality has a very lo-fi electronic feel that I struggle to put into words. I became obsessed with how I could make the extremely clean and clinical tones from my laptop software sound misshapen, worn, warmer and degraded.
